2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member - Green Bay, WI

Scope of Position

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, person helps where is needed in warehouse. Responsible for various functions in the warehouse, including helping customers with ordered products, drive TSI trucks, (including semi with Class A license,) assist with receiving duties, loads and unloads trucks and performs other warehouse related activities as required.

Basic Function

Performs tasks in a safe, efficient, effective, accurate and timely manner in order to meet the customer’s needs.

Essential Functions

1. To Be… Punctual, cooperative, dependable and able to take direction.
2. Select orders manually and by forklift.
3. Load and unload trucks manually and by forklift.
4. Provide customer satisfaction to walk-ins. Load or assist customers in loading their truck.
5. Package and ship items for UPS.
6. Backup receiving functions.
7. Maintain good housekeeping in warehouse (cleanliness, sweeping, etc.).
8. Stock shelves with incoming product.
9. Perform cycle count and documents any discrepancies.
10. Promotes and maintains a flexible cooperative, positive, team oriented attitude with and between departments and end users.
11. Ensures timely, accurate, proper records, files, data bases, etc. are developed and maintained for assigned areas of responsibility.

Position Requirements / Skills

1. High School diploma and 3 years of warehouse experience.
2. Attention to detail, and basic math skills.
3. Computer skills and bar code scanning experience a plus.
4. Must be a self-starter and work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Equipment / Tools Operated

Proficient skill in operation of standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, scanners, and PC as well as related software. Ability to drive a straight truck with a standard transmission.
