Inside Sales Supervisor - Green Bay

Scope of Position

Inside Sales Supervisor ensures that department functions are performed in a timely, professional, efficient, effective manner while projecting and maintaining a positive business/customer relations image. Oversees development and administration of departmental procedures, performance standards, and training and development of department personnel. Assists in day-to-day activities/functions and supervises the department activities.

Essential Functions

1. Provides day-to-day supervision to the inside sales department
2. Collaborates with leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to inside sales, and implements these goals.
3. Promotes and maintains a flexible cooperative, positive, team oriented attitude with and between departments and end users.
4. Coordinate internal training sessions for department with regard to systems, procedures, policy and products sold.
5. Coordinate department schedule including after-hours calls, vacations, personal days, etc.
6. Conduct performance appraisals and recommends salary changes.
7. Responsible for a clean, well-stocked showroom that showcases new products.
8. Responsible for incoming and outbound sales calls.
9. Performs other duties as required.

Position Requirements / Skills

1. 5+ years in customer service or sales. BS degree in business, marketing or related discipline, preferred.
2. Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem solving and follow through skills.
3. Proficient administrative skills.
4. Proficient PC skills and related software skills.

Equipment / Tools Operated

Proficient skill in operation of standard office equipment such as fax, multi-phone line equipment, PC and their related equipment, copy machine, calculator, printers, mail related equipment. Able to use basic PC related tools.
