Class Policies & Registration Information
Reservations
Reservations are taken on first come, first serve basis. Course fees are listed at the end of the course descriptions. This fee will be billed to your TSI account at the time of the class. Fees will be billed in full, but can be sumbmitted to Lori Nachtwey in the Green Bay office or Tammy Fish in the Madison office if you would like to use co-op funds toward the training.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is needed immediately, please call Linda (Green Bay) or Carol (Madison). They must be notified a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session (except facotry sponsored training - see below). Cancellations with less time than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Full tuition will be charged for no-shows, no exceptions.
Factory Sponsored Trainign Cancellations
Cancellation for all Customer Technical Training Courses sponsored by Carrier, Bryant or ICP must be received 4 weeks prior to the class start date in order to not be charged tuition. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the class start date will be charged 50% of the class fee. Cancellations made after that time will be billed at the full tuition rate. Full tuition will be charged for no-shows, no exceptions.
